The rates on the left are the lowest Wholesale
rates from my lenders, based on well-qualified borrowers.  Your rate may be slightly different. 
The "Wholesale Rate" is defined as that rate where there is no rebate from the lender. Thus, the mortgage broker would have to charge a Loan Origination Fee (LOF). The Loan Origination Fee is always optional. A borrower can accept a slightly higher rate and avoid paying the LOF.
